- Users are people using bOS. Individual users have their own credentials to login, receive messages (SMS, email, push notification) about the smart building and can have their own visualization theme. Examples: Family house with 4 family members - if each family member would like to receive messages regarding the system, they'll need 4 users. Apartment building – each apartment unit requires 1 user.
- bOS PRO License is tied to the specific hardware. The transfer from one hardware to another is billable.
