• When the last employee activates the alarm before leaving the office, all lights and selected electrical sockets are turned off, heating/cooling is reduced, computers go into sleep mode, access control is disabled and an email is sent to the manager;
• During the weekend, the heating is automatically set in economy mode and access control is disabled;
• Access control is activated automatically every working day at 6.00 AM;
• If it’s still dark when the first employee arrives to work the lights are turned on after the alarm is deactivated;
• When the cleaning company is scheduled to do the cleaning, the alarm is automatically deactivated and access control is enabled;
• Ventilation is turned on/off based on schedules;
• If it’s too hot or too cold outside, the ventilation is automatically turned off;
• The alarm movement sensors are also used for turning on/off the lights in the toilet and hallway.
